Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ClaimVise.ai marketing website at claimvise.ai. If you sign a Master Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement with Innodel Technologies to use the ClaimVise platform at claimvise.ai/app, those documents control your access to the product itself.

1. Who we are.

ClaimVise.ai is a product of Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in Gujarat, India. References to "we," "us," or "ClaimVise" in these Terms refer to Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd.

2. What you agree to by using this site.

By visiting claimvise.ai, you agree to use the site lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our infrastructure; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content from the site at a rate that adversely affects availability for other users; submit forms with the intent to deceive (e.g., impersonating another individual or organization, or submitting deliberately false information); or interfere with the operation of the site through denial-of-service attempts, exploit attempts, or other malicious activity.

3. Information accuracy.

We work to keep the information on the marketing site accurate, including pricing, feature claims, roadmap timelines, and compliance posture. However, the marketing site is not a contractual document. Specific pricing, service-level commitments, and feature availability are governed by your signed agreement with us.

4. Roadmap.

The Roadmap section of the site describes our current product development plans. Roadmap items are not commitments to deliver features by specific dates and are subject to change based on engineering capacity, customer feedback, and market conditions. Active paying customers receive more specific timeline commitments via direct communication.

5. Intellectual property.

All content on the marketing site — copy, graphics, the ClaimVise wordmark and logo, the agent framework descriptions, and the underlying platform architecture — is owned by Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd or used under license. "ClaimVise" and "ClaimVise.ai" are trademarks of Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our written permission, except for: viewing the site for evaluation purposes, sharing links to the site, and quoting brief passages with attribution for journalistic, academic, or commercial evaluation purposes.

6. Third-party services.

The marketing site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may link to third-party services (LinkedIn, partner sites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties.

The marketing site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or malicious code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the marketing site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

9. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the marketing site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the marketing site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
